Who makes Axis Pro?Axis Align, LLC, a Louisiana company that also makes the AxisAlign family of small business apps. Axis Pro is sold in the United States.
Who is Axis Pro for?Solo service businesses and teams of up to ten: coaches and consultants, creative freelancers, small agencies, virtual assistants and ops, beauty and personal care, wellness and bodywork, fitness, tutors and teachers, home services, events and hospitality, pet services and clinic front desk. Setup asks what kind of business you run and arranges the app for it.
How much does it cost?Pro is $29.99 a month, Pro Plus $89.99, Pro Studio $149.99. Pay yearly and get 2 months free. Extra seats are $12.99 a month each.
Is there a free plan or a trial?There is no free plan. Every paid plan starts with a 5 day trial. You are not charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then.
How do I get paid?Invoices carry a pay link and are paid by card through Stripe. Deposits, retainers, per job billing and pay at the appointment are all supported. Money lands in your own Stripe account.
Can clients book me online?Yes. Share a booking link, embed it on your own website, or use a popup button. Bookings can carry a Zoom or Google Meet link or an in person address, and both sides get a calendar invite.
Can I send contracts for signature?Yes, on Pro Plus and above. Agreements are sent from a template, signed online, and stored against the client.
Does it work for more than one business?Yes. Pro includes one business, Pro Plus four, Pro Studio ten. Each business has its own setup, clients, books and Stripe account under one login, and nothing is shared unless you say so.
Can my team use it?Pro includes one seat, Pro Plus three, Pro Studio ten. Add more at $12.99 a month each. Team reports show who did what.
Does Axis Pro store medical records?No. The clinic setup covers the front desk only: bookings, reminders and invoices. It is not a place for clinical notes or health records.
Can I leave?Yes. Cancel any time from Settings and export your clients, invoices and files first. Moving down a plan takes effect at your next renewal.
